- Green Egg e-zine is now free!! *
All content on the Green Egg site is now free. We also have a brand new
website which is much easier to navigate and which we think looks nicer.
There are two main reasons why we are going free:
· We have had too many difficulties with subscription problems; with
free content, we can focus more on the content, not on sales and
subscriptions
· We are now at a time when we can operate Green Egg with very low
overhead; consequently, we feel it is best to offer it for free so that it
can be read by more people
No registration will be required except for blogs by Tom and Ariel and in
the Legendary Green Egg Forum if you'd like to comment. In addition, we are
offering a special on advertisements until October 31, 2010. Please see our
website for more information.
Oberon Zell-Ravenheart first published Green Egg in 1968 and is, as far as
we know, the oldest Pagan journal that is still being published. It has won
several awards and has been known for over 40 years for its innovative
thinking and in-depth articles on all things of Pagan interest. It has been
endorsed by such luminaries as Robert Anton Wilson, Jacques Vallee,
Starhawk, Marion Zimmer Bradley and more.
We welcome articles, art and poetry submissions on such diverse topics as
science, mythology, changing paradigms, science fiction, Paganism and
ecology. Submissions should be single-spaced, written in Verdana 10,
justified on both right and left margins and should contain no extra
formatting such as indentations, etc.
