More federal grand jury subpoenas went out this week as part of an apparent investigation into possible links between U.S. anti-war groups and foreign terrorist organizations, according to an attorney for the anti-war activists.
More than 20 activists in the Chicago and Minneapolis areas have now been subpoenaed since September as part of the federal probe, according to attorney Michael Deutsch, who is coordinating the activists' defense.
That month, subpoenas and search warrants executed on homes in Chicago and Minneapolis stated the investigation was seeking evidence of "material support of terrorism" and was seeking records of travel by the activists in the Middle East and South America.
The warrants also sought information about donations or support for groups listed on a State Department list of terrorist organizations, including the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC.
A group of activists gathered at the Dirksen Federal Courthouse on Thursday to protest the government's actions.

An open letter on behalf of The Pagan Conspiracy. Just to make it absolutely clear that there is a pagan conspiracy. We have systematically infiltrated every profession, and each branch of government. We are subtle, and clever and we get everywhere. This is of course a deliberate attempt to take over the country and undermine all its traditional values – you know those values about fear, racism, ignorance and intolerance, shafting the poor to uphold the rich, and wrecking the planet for short term material gain. The St Louis Rams won today. I find this much more of a source of optimism than the anniversary of the Thanksgiving bailout of those Puritans or the horrid stampedes to spend on 'Black Friday'. -- it's their first away win this year after a fall to second worst team in the NFL in 2009. Good show Rams. They are now tied for first place in the division. And they were playing at high altitude too. Usually Denver win their home games simply because the other team can't breathe the air. Scientists from the Wildlife Conservation Society announced Monday that abnormally warm ocean water off the coast of Sumatra, in Indonesia, has caused a massive die-off of coral. The full extent of the damage remains uncertain, but it's a symptom of a worldwide problem: Many coral reefs may not survive rising ocean temperatures.

Isaac was a lifelong pioneer of North American Druidism. He lost his battle with cancer though. He had a Phd. in Magic and Thaumaturgy from Berkeley and many publications of which I highly recommend Real Magic. He is famously the only Druid I know who was Kicked out of the Satanists! He breezed through RDNA and founded NRDNA which later gave rise to ADF, Henge of Keltria and many other offshoots.
